The AM35x devices are part of the new Sitara product family comprising ARM Cortex-A8 solutions for the industrial computing market. The combination of industrial temperature options, CAN controller, USB PHY, 3.3V I/O and multiple package options, makes it possible for developers to create products that can endure rugged and extreme thermal industrial environments, for applications such as industrial automation, electronic point of service, digital signage, portable data terminals and single board computers.
