DVT is shipped with CCS (v4 and newer). To enable DVT, copy the content from [CCSInstallDir]\ccsv4\dvt\plugins to [CCSInstallDir]\ccsv4\eclipse\plugins and restart CCS. If installing the DVT CCS update from gForge then DO NOT copy these files as the update will automatically install it's content into the eclipse/plugins directory.

The DVT Solution Building Toolbar can be enabled (for both CCS and standalone DVT) from the main menu: Window->Customize Perspective -> Commands -> DVT Solution Builder.
