Be aware, if you use a battery connected to TPS65023 VBACKUP pin the built in reset delay will not work as a reset controller. VRTC will not be below the the reset controller's Resetpwron threshold of 2.52V so no reset will be generated at VCC or VSYSIN power up. You will need a separate reset controller of some kind.
