DM814x Device Information[edit]

In this page, you will find information to evaluate the device capabilities. If there are ever any discrepancies in information, the device data-sheet is considered the official source

Overview[edit]

This set of devices provide pin-pin and software compatible solutions allowing our customers to scale as needed across our Sitara™ and DaVinci™ brands while saving their investment

DaVinci™ Video Processor

All devices have the CYE package option.

Key Documentation[edit]

The product folders on ti.com contains the datasheet, errata, user guides, and much more

    • The datasheet contains a detailed features list, description, and block diagram of the processor. In addition, the datasheet contains information on the device pinout, electricals, package, and basic configuration.
  • TBD: DM814x Silicon Errata
    • The errata contains silicon revision information along with deviations from the datasheet and user guides that were revealed during the validation process. Some of these deviations will be corrected or added to the processor datasheet and user guide, but others will only appear in the errata.
  • DM814x Technical Reference Manual
    • Complete Technical reference from top level block diagrams to regiter level information
