Centaurus
Centaurus refers to the DM814x/AM387x SoC and its immediate derivates. The contemporaneous Subarctic (AM335x / J5 Entry) design, despite its very different feature set, is architectually also clearly related. The later 811x (J5 Eco) series combines the features of both, but it doesn't seem to have made it to market? (Although, the automotive DRA626 says "status: active", but no info beyond that.)
It is heavily based on the Netra (DM816x/C6A816x/AM389x) design, and both share many of their subsystems with the OMAP4 (sometimes under different names).
Names and partcodes encountered (not all of them seem to have made it to market). Some (but not all) parts officially have a TMS320 prefix which is omitted here. This list may contain lots of errors since public info is rather limited.

Rev 1.x of the later derivatives seems to correspond to rev 3.0 of the original series (based on errata).
