I have U-Boot 1.1.4 (May 2 2008) and there is no "diag" or itbok command. The response unknown command for both. Are these tests available? If so how do I run them?

The U-Boot which you are using may not be having ITBOK Code inbuilt. Please try with the file "itbok.bin"(itbok integrated with u-boot) which is under "board_utilities/OMAP35x/" directory in PSP 1.0.2 release.

I did exactly what it said here to rebuild itbok but I got error complaining undefined reference to omap_nand_switch_cc in u-boot/cpu/arm_cortexa8/omap3/board.c. Either the steps are not accurate or something is missing from my build which was not mentioned here. Has anyone rebuild itbok on Red Hat with codesourcery toolchain?
