Phoenixseed: The DVSDK WINCE installation should be available for download by end of this week (Dec 11th). The installation contains all the necessary components including dshow.

The DVSDK package is available for download from http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/dvsdk-winceomap.html. Click on "Get Software" under DVSDK-WINCEOMAP
