I would like to add more battery fuel gauges to the list besides the bq20z70-V160 already mentioned in the page under Miscellaneous. The bq20z70-V160 is a fine gauge for multi-cell (2-3 series) Lithium batteries, but for typical handheld applications that use only a single cell, there is an entirely different series of gauges. Like the bq20z70, the bq27541-V200 is designed to be embedded in the battery pack (or used with a non-removable pack) but works with a single Lithium cell battery. For applications where the battery will be removable (typical catalog batteries) but the gauge will reside on the main system board, the bq27510-G1 is a good choice.
