PCI Drivers for the EVM can be found on the Spectrum Digital support page for the DM642 EVM: http://c6000.spectrumdigital.com/evmdm642/
Valley Technologies, one of TI`s 3rd parties, makes a PCI driver kit for the DM642. Contact Valley Tech (http://www.valleytech.com) for more information regarding it.
There is a source for C64x PCI drivers from Valley Technologies who has indicated that they will provide a low-cost porting service for PCI drivers. Another potential source for C64x PCI drivers is ATEME who supplies the NVDK.
