Multiple docs for DM6467 references YUV402SP (aka 420SP) video format, but never define it. Buried in forum one finds:

YYYY YYYY UVUV

Note YYYYYYYY planar, but UV still interlaced, thus "SP" (semi-planar). See wikipedia article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/YUV#Y.27UV420p_.28and_Y.27V12_or_YV12.29 for good description of YUV420P, then extrapolate for YUV420SP.
