This page explain how to use XDS100V2 with CC32XX on IAR.
General Setup[edit]

Note : The above pin mapping is based on TI 20 pin connector. Please refer pin layout of XDS adapter that you are using, if it's not TI 20 pin connector.
On IAR[edit]
- Select Options->Debugger->Driver->XDS100/200/ICDI (drop-down)
- Go to XDS100/200/ICDI (shown below)
- Select the board file
- Make sure “TI emulation package installation path” points to “ccs_base” folder
