Target Device: CC31xx & CC32xx, Tool Download: TI-RTOS

TI-RTOS is a scalable real-time operating system (RTOS) for TI devices. It scales from a real-time multitasking kernel - TI-RTOS Kernel (formerly known as SYS/BIOS) - to a complete RTOS solution including additional middleware components and device drivers. By providing essential system software components pre-tested and pre-integrated, TI-RTOS enables developers to focus on differentiating their application.

Pin Muxing Tool[edit]

Target Device: CC32xx, Tool Download: PinMux Tool

The CC32xx Pinmux Utility is a PC based application that allows CC32xx developers to configure your device peripherals in an intuitive and rapid manner. This tool provides an easy-to-use graphical user interface that makes the configuration of multiplexed pins easy and error free, and ultimately outputs a source file based on user selected pin configuration that can be directed imported into user applications.

SimpleLink Studio[edit]

Main Article: SimpleLink Studio Guide
Target Device: CC31xx

The SimpleLink™ Studio is a Microsoft Windows-based software to aid in the development of applications designed to work with the SimpleLink WiFi CC31xx family of wireless chips.

Using SimpleLink Studio, application code can be written and executed in a desktop IDE, such as Visual Studio and Eclipse, and communicate directly with the CC31xx device through the USB cable without the need of a microcontroller (MCU). This allows the code to be easily tested while it is under development, and then later ported to a microcontroller without having to be modified. Generally, the only modifications required to port a SLS program to another platform are made to a special user.h file that is included in the project.
